Centre for Sleep's Clinical Sleep Educator, Dr. Rasmussen, will be presenting 'Sleep the Keystone of Health' at the South Health Campus Wellness Centre on Wednesday, May 2 at 6:30pm. It's open to the public and it's FREE!
Dr. Rasmussen will be focussing on the basic neuroscience of sleep and common sleep disorders. Participants will learn how to detect whether their sleep is normal and how to improve their rest. Discussions include basic sleep physiology, common disorders, impact of inadequate sleep on health, as well as strategies for sleep.
