Centre for Sleep's Clinical Sleep Educator, Dr. Rasmussen, will be presenting 'Sleep the Keystone of Health' at the South Health Campus Wellness Centre on Tuesday, November 21st at 6:30pm. It's open to the public and it's FREE!
Dr. Rasmussen will be discussing the basic neuroscience of sleep, common sleep disorders such as sleep apnea and insomnia, and the impact of sleep deprivation and sleep disturbances on health and wellness. Participants will learn to detect if their sleep is normal, and how to make improvements.
