The Connection Between Stress, Anxiety & Sleep

Anxiety or sleep deprivation: which comes first? In short, both. Mental health and sleep disorders have a bidirectional relationship, meaning that anxiety and stress can cause sleep problems, or make existing ones worse; and sleep deprivation can cause anxiety disorders.  

So, if you are experiencing disrupted sleep because of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, you are not alone. These are unprecedented, highly stress-provoking times.
