The Connection Between Stress, Anxiety & Sleep
Anxiety or sleep deprivation: which comes first? In short, both. Mental health and sleep disorders have a bidirectional relationship, meaning that anxiety and stress can cause sleep problems, or make existing ones worse; and sleep deprivation can cause anxiety disorders.
