The article in the Inspiration issue of Impact Magazine focuses on the importance of sleep for the optimal performance, training and recovery of elite athletes. It also highlighted the programs that CSHP has created to work effectively with teams and individuals to improve their sleep. This includes the Athlete Sleep Screening Questionnaire which was developed "in direct response to the need identified by teams and athletes to accurately identify sleep issues specific to athletes and provide effective solutions that will have a direct impact on training, recovery and performance".
