With more and more research proving the critical importance of getting enough sleep, why do we continue to sacrifice it? We stay out later than expected, or send a few more emails, or we stay up to watch one more episode of Stranger Things on Netflix (guilty!). When are we going to realize that a good night's rest is just as important as a good meal–it can't be sacrificed.
