Each year, National Napping Day falls on the Monday following the return of Daylight Saving Time, inviting people to catch a quick snooze to help offset the sleep loss from "springing forward". So, are naps a good idea? If so, how long should they be, and when is the best time? Breakfast Television's Mike Yawney visited the Centre for Sleep to chat with Dr. Samuels for a three-part segment on DST, sleep debt, and everything you wanted to know about napping.
