Centre for Sleep and Human Performance's Medical Director, Dr. Charles Samuels, chatted with Gord Gillies for News Talk 770 about daylight saving time and how it affects our sleep. He says that the biggest issue with the loss of one hour is how it "adds to the chronic sleep debt that we carry as North Americans". His best tips? Be well rested heading into the weekend, and turn all technology off by 8pm.
